Velvet Tendrils marked the 50th year of my existence. Partly inspired by Andrew Liles release 45, Velvet Tendrils represents my fiftieth year drawing breath. This six track collection of experimental electronic ambient drone noise was initially released on the 15th January 2016 onto various streaming platforms. Each track title begins with the letter ‘V‘, which represents the number five in Roman numerals. The terms in the titles ‘Vessel of Multimind’ and ‘Vorticitating Hypersphere‘ on the album Velvet Tendrils are drawn from the work of Peter J. Carroll, modern occultist, author, co-founder of the Illuminates of Thanateros, and practitioner of chaos magic theory. (www.specularium.org).
